Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any charges. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Waitlist Policy: If you are unable to book an appointment at your preferred time, you can join our waitlist. We will notify you as soon as a spot becomes available. Prepaid Session Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule or receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, the prepaid amount will be credited toward a future session. No-shows will forfeit the prepaid amount.
